Meet Your Medical Fitness Specialist
When you work with Young at Heart, you will be paired with a medical fitness specialist that is dedicated to helping you stay active and reach your goals through a personalized program. Improving mobility and fitness is a dynamic process that looks different for each person. Our team has the medical background and experience to assist clients with medical complexities such as Parkinson’s, strokes, falls, past surgeries, and general deconditioning.
Our collaborative approach to care means that we prioritize intentional communication with our clients and their family members. Additionally, we have experience working alongside physical therapists, care partners, and home health workers. Our goal is to help you stay active and enhance your quality of life—and to have fun while doing it!
