With professional guidance and accountability, our clients improve their fitness, balance, and functional mobility in the privacy of their home.

Meet Your Medical Fitness Specialist

When you work with Young at Heart, you will be paired with a medical fitness specialist that is dedicated to helping you stay active and reach your goals through a personalized program. Improving mobility and fitness is a dynamic process that looks different for each person. Our team has the medical background and experience to assist clients with medical complexities such as Parkinson’s, strokes, falls, past surgeries, and general deconditioning.

Our collaborative approach to care means that we prioritize intentional communication with our clients and their family members. Additionally, we have experience working alongside physical therapists, care partners, and home health workers. Our goal is to help you stay active and enhance your quality of life—and to have fun while doing it!

Just Fitness

Young at Heart provides individualized, restorative massages in the privacy of home. Whether you have pain, stiffness, or trouble sleeping, our holistic programs help you feel good and restore mobility to keep you active and moving freely.

If the fear of falling is keeping you from daily functioning or your favorite activities, our six week balance and fall prevention program will help you address fall risks, improve your balance, and prevent falls.
