About Us
Bridging the Gap Between Healthcare and Fitness
Young at Heart Home Fitness was founded in 2020 to help adults and seniors get moving and stay active, whether they are transitioning from medical/healthcare management (including physical therapy), are having difficulty performing their daily activities, or are looking to improve their overall fitness. Originally established as a home fitness solution in North Dallas, Young at Heart has expanded to serve clients in McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Richardson, and beyond.
Our experienced Medical Fitness Specialists are CPR certified and have extensive backgrounds working with the adult and senior population. Therapists, nurses, and doctors can confidently refer their patients, knowing our Fitness Specialists have the medical knowledge and professional experience to provide a safe and effective fitness program.
At Young at Heart, we believe it is never too late to start exercising or reach your fitness potential. It is our mission to help adults and seniors get moving, stay active, and enjoy life!
