Custom-tailored to meet your needs, your guided sessions will help you maximize mobility, strength, and functional fitness in the privacy and comfort of your home. Phone Consultation
Share about your fitness needs and goals during your free initial phone consultation. This call will also allow you to tell us about your medical history and learn more about the Young at Heart Home Fitness program. When you’re ready to take the next step, schedule a physical assessment and get started with your Fitness Specialist.
First Visit
All clients will receive an initial physical assessment looking at their posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Based on the results of the assessment and goals of the client, the Fitness Specialist will craft a personalized fitness program.
Ongoing visits
At the start of each visit, vital signs are taken and recorded in a personal log that is kept in the client’s home. Your Fitness Specialist will guide you through your customized plan with exercises chosen to maximize results. Ongoing visits last approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
